Hello and welcome! I’m Tachika Parks, the Owner and Founder of Butterfly Realty in Atlanta, GA.

Our company’s mission is to provide clients with a superior customer experience while setting an industry standard as the benchmark for others to model. My journey in real estate was inspired by God, but before selling millions of dollars in real estate property and investments, I served 20 years in the medical field as a Registered Nurse and just when I thought I had it all figured out, God redirected my life removing me from my comfort zone. To be honest this was one of the scariest leaps of faith in my life. I was definitely in unfamiliar territory because real estate was uncharted water at this time and all I knew to do was pray and trust God. It gives me Joy to step back and take a look at the footprints of how far God has carried me.  

Real Estate has become my ministry by mentoring new on-coming real estate agents and colleagues to become the best leaders of the industry. My vision for Butterfly Realty is to create an apprenticeship helping agents all over the world and leaving a legacy for passionate and ambitious agents just like myself. I’m a strong believer in prayer, hard work, commitment, and dedication. It’s been my irrefutable truth that God’s plan for my life is definitely greater than anything I could have ever imagined.

I stand on integrity, respect, trust, commitment, hard work, and faith in God. In addition to assisting a clientele of buyers and sellers, I can be found serving at my church as a Deaconess, Co-leader of Young Adult Ministry, Dance Ministry, Couples’ Ministry and assisting part time in the front office. Serving others in any capacity is one of my greatest passions.

After surviving COVID, I gained a different appreciation for the smaller things. Through the ministry of serving my community life has become even more rewarding. I find that when helping others overcome unanticipated circumstances and a positive impact was the result of my involvement that brings me great pride and joy.
