No Refund Policy with Replacement Option

No Refund Policy:
1. **Non-Returnable Items:** We do not offer refunds on any purchased items.
2. **Custom and Handcrafted Items:** Our products are often customized and handcrafted, making each piece unique. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we cannot accept returns.
3. **Change of Mind:** We are unable to process refunds for items due to a change of mind. Please consider your purchase carefully.
Replacement Option:
1. **Conditions for Replacement:** We understand that shipping-related issues or discrepancies may occur. If you receive an item that has been destroyed during shipping or is not as described, we DO offer a replacement option!
2. **Notification Period:** Please email us at kingcannondesignsandmore@gmail.com within **24 hours** of receiving your order to report any concerns, issues, or the need for a replacement.
3. **Required Information:** In your email, provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged item or the item not matching the description. This will help us assess the issue promptly.
4. **Resolution Timeframe:** King Cannon Designs and More will strive to resolve and ship replacement items within **10 days** from the date the concern is reported. If additional time is needed we will contact you promptly to advise!
5. **Shipping Costs:** We will cover the shipping costs for replacement items if the damage or discrepancy is verified to be a result of shipping or manufacturing.

Order Processing:
- Majority of orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.
Shipping Methods:
- We offer various shipping options during the checkout process!Our Standard Shipping rate is weight based:
- Small Box or Envelope should be used for a single item only - such as a coffee mug, t-shirt or ornament
- Medium Box should be used for multiple small items, no more than 4 items (excluding noodle board)
- Large Box - multiple items (up to 7 items) as well as door mat or wooden door hanger (excluding noodle board)
- Noodle Board has its own shipping rate to use at checkout
Shipping Destinations:
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to international destinations at this time.
Shipping Times:
- Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process and are based on the selected shipping method.
- Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- You can track your order by visiting the USPS using the tracking number provided in the email.
Shipping Delays:
- In the event of unexpected shipping delays, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.
- Butterfly Realty is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- King Cannon Designs and More or Butterfly Realty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However we will assist with filing a claim with USPS based upon our shipping confirmation information, etc. The postal service will then follow up and resolve and refunds/replacements within 30-60 days.
